Roasted Spaghetti Squash


Spaghetti squash is a healthier alternative to your usual pasta and it can be tasty, too!  It can also be a little intimidating if you've never prepared one before because there are various methods to use... boiling, roasting, steaming, microwaving... but which one is the best?  Here's our answer:



Note: Cutting your squash in the middle (rather than long-ways) is safer for your fingers, easier to cut, and gives you longer, fork-twirling spaghetti strands.

After your squash is prepared you can add all sorts of ingredients like marinara sauce and meatballs, or try a creamy Alfredo sauce with pancetta.  Your spaghetti squash can even be prepared ahead and stored in the fridge until you use it.
